Had a hygienist appointment with Gita Broka and she was absolutely fantastic. Truly one of the best hygienists I’ve seen — I learnt a lot from her and the quality of care was excellent.However, my experience with the dental check-up was disappointing. My team had forgotten to book it, so I asked at reception and they kindly said they could fit me in. I ended up waiting around an hour, and the actual check-up was only about 5–7 minutes, which felt like a bit of a waste of time after such a long wait.Mixed feelings overall — brilliant hygienist work but the long waiting time for the check-up left me exhausted and a little let down.

I had a cracked filling and Dr. Zaeem Jafri did a very professional job. After the emergency consultation I decided to follow-up with Dental Hygienist Gita Broka for a much needed scaling and cleaning. Again, a very professional job and she gave me some useful cleaning tips as well. There was also a follow-up e-mail as well from Evelina, the receptionist and treatment coordinator. The Team gave me a very good overall impression.

Extremely happy with my dentist Dr Ros poon she is super professional her experience is second to none, She explained to me in detail and gently the procedures for removing the tooth and I felt reassured and knew how much she is good ,and immediately I took an appointment with her to remove my tooth,On the specified day I attended and within ten minutes she removed my tooth and it was very easy and I did not suffer and I took a painkiller for only one day and followed her instructions and now I have been completely healed and I am very happy with the result,I highly recommend Dr Ros and her assistant Viktorija.I’m very nervous patient when it comes to dental treatment ,I can honesty say I have lost my fear to visit dentist in the future, I highly recommend this clinicthank you to Evelia in the reception she is very helpful and kind.My experience was amazing.

I went in for a bonding consultation with Rosh Salam and I absolutely loved her. She took the time to explain that braces would be a better long-term solution for me instead of bonding. What really impressed me was her honesty — she told me she doesn’t believe in quick fixes and prefers to treat things properly.I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) because instead of just taking my money and going ahead with bonding, she recommended that I see a specialist orthodontist for braces. Since Innovadent doesn’t currently have an orthodontist or offer braces, it meant she was putting my best interests above everything else, which is rare to find.I’ve been to larger practices before where they were happy to give me bonding straightaway without explaining why it might not be right for me. Rosh was the first to give me the full picture, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism.I’ll definitely be coming back for other treatments, just because of how much I loved Rosh! The whole team was also so welcoming and made my experience amazing.

I went in for a hygiene appointment and couldn’t be happier with the results. Because of my Invisalign attachments and drinking tea/coffee, I had developed noticeable stains on my teeth which made me self-conscious about smiling. The hygienist was excellent, and after a thorough clean and air polish my teeth look brand new. I can finally smile with confidence again—highly recommend!

I recently visited InnovaDent for dental hygiene. The clinic is spacious and very clean, and I was met by the receptionist who was very polite. At the time of my visit, it was also pretty quiet. My hygienist was Gita, and she did a very good job with the cleaning of my teeth. She was very professional yet gentle with the tools. She asked me a lot of questions to learn about my dental routines and gave me some tips on how to improve it. After the appointment, my teeth were very clean. Gita did a great job, and I plan to go back next year for my next hygiene.

My hygienist Gita was lovely, very gentle and I received a high quality professional service. My gums used to bleed and thanks to her care and advice they feel great and the bleeding has stopped. I also did some tooth whitening with her and my friends have all commented on my whiter smile, I highly recommend her!

I have had recently the hygiene appointment for a first time in this practice.I am very impressed by the knowledge passed on to me regarding the oral hygiene as well as the service received!Gita is very nice and I felt at ease with her. I have been given instructions and demonstrations how to maintain the hygiene after that visit and scheduled the next appointment!So far the best experience and definitely coming back!

Hygienist Gita was brilliant. The appointment lasted for about 50 min, including an intro when she asked my about my routine and explained a few things that I could change to improve teeth and gum health. The cleaning was very deep, with attention to details and care for the areas I had more sensibility.

Everyone at Innovadent was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable upon arrival, I couldn’t thank Dr Razan Hussein enough! She is very friendly and her communication is great. Razan is very professional, she has finally made me feel happy and confident with my smile.I was hesitant getting composite veneers and after having it done I’ve only realised I should have had it done sooner, I would strongly recommend this clinic and Razan for their professionalism and amazing work!

I am very happy I found this clinic, booking is fast and easy, I get all the information, and Dr Jane Meldrum is the best dentist I've ever been to - 3 complicated fillings and there is zero "usual damage": painless injection, no gum bleeding, no mirror scratches, not even pulling of beard hair! Went for a checkup a few days later to fix a small catch on one of the fillings, and once again with softest hands Dr Meldrum fixed it in 5 minutes! For the first time I do not have any hesitations when or if I will be booking my next appointments.

Gita was amazing! She took a thorough history and explained every step of the process, making me feel completely at ease. This was by far the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her, especially if you have dental anxiety like I do!

I've been with Innovadent for almost 6months now and ive had nothing but the best and professional services each time. Ive had a filling done with Dr Jane and she was fabulous, an entire pain free experience, dare I say relaxing. Ive also had x2 hygiene appointments with Gita who knows her stuff and has changed my general daily routine with all her hints and tips and finally I recently got composite bonding with the amazing Dr Razan, she gave me a complete smile makeover and I'm full of confidence ive never had before. 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.

Amazing experience today at this clinic - for starters it is super clean, modern, and well equipped. Gita the hygienist was lovely and very professional. She diagnosed a few flaws in my flossing technique and gave me some great tips on how to improve, including some I haven’t heard of before. All the staff was very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

I have been attending the InnovaDent since it opened I am extremely happy with the way they treat their patients. I get seen by Lisa she is such an amazing person not once did she make me feel uncomfortable all the staff are friendly. It’s beautiful and airy. I have had very bad experience with other dentist I am extremely happy with the service they providing they really do take care of their patients. I have also been given a treatment plan with all the breakdown which is extremely helpful. They also have a payment plan which really helpful for those who would like to pay monthly. I can guaranty you will not be disappointed with at all. One of the best dentist better than the NHS

I had an issue with a cracked tooth which has been resolved quickly by the friendly staff at InnovaDent who booked me in on the same day for treatment. They have great facilities on site and clinic is very close to the station. Strongly Recommended!!
