Referring Patients to Us

We welcome referrals from fellow dentists across London and aim to make the process as straightforward, transparent, and as clinically supportive as possible. At Innovadent, we work closely with you to provide high-quality care while maintaining continuity and trust with you and your patients.

Our Referral Philosophy

We see referrals as a partnership, not a handover. Our role is to provide focused treatment within our scope, keep you fully informed at every stage, and return your patient to your care once treatment is complete unless otherwise agreed.

We do not offer unsolicited treatment, upsell unrelated care, or attempt to retain your patients.

Treatments We Accept Referrals For

We currently accept referrals for:

• OPG and CBCT Scans (reports to be completed/outsourced by referring dentist)
• Dental implants and implant-related procedures
• Surgical extractions including complex and impacted wisdom teeth
• Periodontal treatment and gum grafting
• Endodontic assessment and treatment
• Sedation for anxious or phobic patients
• Advanced cosmetic dentistry
• Second opinions and complex treatment planning

We also accept referrals for patients who need general dental treatment but have limited English and would benefit from a dentist who speaks their language fluently.

How to Refer a Patient

Referrals can be made by:

• Emailing us with the patients information, clinical history and relevant radiographs
• Calling the practice to discuss the case
• Using our referral form, which you can find here

Where possible, please include recent radiographs, clinical notes, and any specific concerns you would like us to address.

Our Clinic is located in Canary Wharf / Isle of Dogs. The nearest station is Crossharbour on the DLR or Canary Wharf on the Jubilee Line.
