Viktorija joined the Innovadent team as our Practice Manager, bringing with her many years of experience in dental practice management, patient coordination and business operations.
Working closely with our owner, Toms, Viktorija oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic and helps ensure everything operates smoothly behind the scenes. Her role includes supporting and coordinating our team, managing practice systems and administration, overseeing patient communication and helping patients navigate their treatment journey.
Before joining us, Viktorija worked in a variety of senior roles within dentistry, including Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator. This has given her extensive experience in both the operational side of running a dental practice and the patient-facing side of dentistry.
Viktorija is passionate about creating a well-organised, welcoming practice where patients feel looked after and our clinical team has everything they need to provide excellent care. She is often one of the main points of contact for our patients and is always happy to help with appointments, treatment coordination or any questions about their experience at the clinic.
Alongside English, Viktorija also speaks Polish, Lithuanian and Russian.
